A legal disclaimer

NSCM offers consulting services in the field of Care Management. We render consulting  services regarding assessment, development and implementation of care management. Either party  may terminate the agreement for any reason with 10 days written notice to the other  party. NSCM agrees that it shall provide its expertise in life care management to the client, for all  things pertaining to the client’s aging needs and healthcare options. 

Although the consultant agrees to diligently and faithfully advocate and serve the client,  it is acknowledged by the client that no guarantee has been made as to the time that is  required for this matter, nor with regard to the successful outcome of any of the advice  

provided by the consultant. NSCM does not make any promises or guarantees about the  outcomes of this matter. 

Terms & Conditions - the basics

When caregivers are employed to care for the client, they are recommended by the care manager, employed by the client and the care manager is not liable for actions of the caregiver within that employment relationship.
